I’ve supported home births, hospital births and c-sections. You can choose a med-free birth or allll the drugs. What matters is that you feel supported and educated in your decision. Motivated by a passion for fostering fairness and well-being in communities, Callista volunteers with local organizations, providing support to families and advocating for mental health awareness. During her downtime, you'll find her playing hockey, expanding her collection of books, belting out Hozier tunes, and proudly embracing her title as the "silliest Auntie."

​I began doula work in 2014 with a desire to help mothers and families feel supported and empowered in their birth and postpartum. I feel strongly about informed consent, and believe that every birth is wildly unique. The right choices look different for every family, and my goal is to help you feel confident in making the ones that are the best for you. ​I am also a professional birth photographer and birth videographer, and am passionate about capturing the raw beauty and emotion of birth – preserving the once in a lifetime moment of meeting your baby, and the incredible strength it took to get there.
