Meet our Doula Members

Active "Established"

In our Association, there are 3 levels of doulas. Active "Established", Active "New" and Associate. Our active doulas have a required amount of meetings that they need to attend each membership year and are actively taking clients in the community. Established doulas have supported at least 3 births in their chosen specialty where as our new doulas are still working towards it! Associate doulas are a mix of experience levels, but they may not be actively taking clients, or are unable to attend the mandatory meetings the association requires.

Andria Sahli

Doula Since: 2025

Services Offered: Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula

Hi I'm Andria!

I'm passionate about supporting families through the transformative journey of birth and postpartum. As a doula, I am here to provide guidance, comfort, and advocacy every step of the way. I will provide evidence - based care with a gentle, personal approach making everyone's birth experience unique to them. Carefully working alongside you to curate a birth plan that aligns with you. Outside doula work, I am a mother of two young thriving adult men, wife to a oil & gas business owner. Inspired by nature and a natural approach to living. Helping others feel empowered and confident during life's biggest moments. You will often find me hiking or on the river on my paddleboard or kayak, around a fire with friends, or even just curled up with my little furry critters out on the acreage. Oh, and you can expect a smile, full heart and a good laugh or two!

Jessie Alfano

Doula Since: 2025

Services Offered: Death Doula

I’m Jessie Alfano, a certified End of Life Doula through Rhodes Wellness College with a background in funeral work. I’m a deeply spiritual person who connects with clients with gentleness and grace, honouring whatever beliefs or traditions are meaningful to them. I’m drawn to doula work because I believe dying deserves the same care, preparation, and love as birth. My passion is creating safe, sacred spaces where people can feel their feelings, ask hard questions, and be truly seen as they navigate death, grief, and transition. I hold space and bear witness, never rushing, fixing, or judging, so that families feel supported, grounded, and less alone during some of the most tender moments of their lives.

Miranda Allarie

Doula Since: 2025

Services Offered: Birth Doula, Birth Photographer

Hey! I’m Miranda, wife, and mom to two beautiful boys. I once said I could never be a doula and then stumbled upon my calling…as a doula. Talking with clients and from my own personal experiences I have realized there is a huge gap in information about birth. Women are only learning about options and procedures when they’re already in labour. I believe we should all know exactly what the birthing process is and what the options we will have are. I love supporting clients and their families to be informed and empowered about their birth.
