Golden Retriever and a wife to Jesse, whom sets my soul on fire.

I am a Birth And Postpartum Doula, Loss and bereavement Doula, Peer Lactation Councillor, a Placenta Encapsulator and an Access Bard practitioner. My drive for all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum stemmed from my own journey into motherhood. I know the benefits of having a doula on your team, and I believe everyone deserves to feel the Immense support and

comfort a doula can bring.

Bringing a new life into the world is a magical journey - unique to each person. I am committed to guiding you, supporting you, and informing you of physiological birth, infant care and honoring your postpartum. I’m happy to personalize my services in order to make your journey into motherhood as positive as possible.  Everyone deserves a magical birth and I want to help you attain that. I whole-heartedly believe that a woman's journey into motherhood should be recognized as sacred, whether you are a first time mama or a seasoned mama. It should be a time where you are honored, and your experiences are honored right from getting a positive pregnancy test, to your postpartum journey. As a postpartum doula, I’m committed to (but not limited to) helping you adjust, light cleaning, holding babe while you get some rest or shower and holding space for your birth experience.
Before becoming a Doula, I was a Massage Therapist. With my knowledge and confident hands in massage,

I offer in home Prenatal massage, and Access Bars Therapy.

Birth is a passion of mine and my drive for knowledge is ever flowing, always learning and always growing.
